Visit by the Director General of the United Arab Emirates Civil Aviation Authority, Mr. Saif Mohammed Al Suwaidi

In Podgorica, 10/11. March 2011, negotiations were held between the delegations of the Government of Montenegro and the United Arab Emirates in order to conclude the Agreement on International Air Transport between the two countries. On that occasion, a Memorandum of Understanding between the Government of Montenegro and the Government of the United Arab Emirates was signed and the text of the Air Transport Agreement between the two countries was harmonized.

Activities of the Interdepartmental Working Group for the Establishment of an Integrated Air Traffic Control System of Montenegro

Members of the working group for the establishment of an integrated airspace control and monitoring system of Montenegro, including a representative of the Civil Aviation Agency of Montenegro, carried out a visit to Vrsute on March 9, 2011, as one of the possible positions for setting up a system for airspace monitoring. The group is engaged in the preparation and harmonization of documents and the implementation of programs and the process of establishing an integrated airspace control and monitoring system. Memorandum of Understanding Montenegro - Croatia

The Director of the Civil Aviation Agency of Montenegro. Dragan Djurovic and the Director of the Croatian Civil Aviation Agency, Mr. Omer Pita, pressed the Memorandum of Understanding, which agreed on common goals and areas of bilateral cooperation between Montenegro and Croatia.

Emphasizing regional cooperation as an important segment of the development of air traffic in the process of European integration, the two countries defined the mutual development and flexibility of the use of documentation and human resources in all civil aviation applications with the signed memorandum.
